Service Description

Rate for services is $135 for the first hour and prorated every 15 minutes after. Parts and materials are not included in the hourly rate. Installation, repair and maintenance for new or existing residential and light commercial lighting systems. When you request a bid for a landscape lighting system, we will schedule an appointment to meet with you at your convenience. We will come to the site to discuss the scope of the project and the area to be illuminated. A second appointment will be scheduled for the presentation of our bid package and contract. There is no charge for lighting estimates. During the initial consultation, we will discuss various lighting effects, types of lighting, fixtures and system control options to bring about your vision with light. A detailed proposal will follow describing the selected fixtures, locations and transformer. We use the industries best solid brass and copper fixtures featuring lifetime warranties. All lamps are of highest quality including replacement as well as integrated LED lamps.Transformers carry a lifetime warranty and are sized appropriately for the demands of the system and future expansion.
